SEC Seeks Early Public Comments on JOBS Act Rules

The SEC has requested  that the public to submit comments and opinions on the provision of the JOBS Act.  They hope the early submission of comments will expedite the rule making process and will ensure consideration of the varying views.

The SEC had 270 days from April 5, 2012 to construct the rules for Title II- Access to Capital for Job Creators, Title III- Crowdfunding and Title IV- Small Company Formation Act.
