Obamacare Employer Mandate Delayed Until 2015

On July 2, 2013, the U.S. Department of Treasury posted an announced that the Obama administration will delay parts of the Affordable Health Care Act until 2015.  In particular, the requirement of employers with 50 or more employees to provide health insurance coverage to its employees will not go into effect until January 1, 2015 instead of January 1, 2014.

It appears as if the creation of the Exchanges should not be effected.
